“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” – Kahlil Gibran

It’s been another lovely week for us. We had a couple of days where it was sunny and I’m still on Maternity Leave, so I’ve been making the most of getting our boys out and about. I also made a visit to the office with the littlest of the two and got chance to catch up with some colleagues, which was lovely.

It has been a couple of weeks since Oliver has been out on his balance bike. He’s recently preferred exploring woods and reservoirs, so we’ve not been using the bike as much. But yesterday we popped out to give the bike a run and he had an absolute ball. The photo above is him racing around a little memorial garden area he refers to as “a race track!”

Ethan is over 3 months now and he’s getting so big! Every morning he seems to look chunkier. So cute! And he’s such a cracking little sleeper too (so far at least).

Only seems like yesterday we brought him home… where does the time go, eh?

Gorgeous photo’s! My son had the same helmet when he was younger and on his balance bike. #livingarrows

Oh what a cutie – my little one is 6 months tomorrow and I honestly could cry at how fast the time has gone. My girls used to love their balance bikes – in fact my 4 year old often asks can she go back on it! #livingarrows

Wow I bet those three months have flown by! Both A and T skipped balance bikes, they didn’t really understand them but it looks like he loves his! x

Awwww look at his little face. It’s adorable. Sometimes I do wish the new born stage back but only to get a taste again. It was a tough time. #livingarrows
